Lot of pain
Suffered a lot of stomach pain over the last few days, tummy really sore to the touch over quite a large area. Taking lots of spasmonal to try and ease the cramps, also suffering from diarrhoea just to round of the whole experience. Have an appointment at the hospital in a few days time.

My team is out. So much for France this year. That was so fast. I guess I just expected that they had a pretty decent shot to do well in this years world cup. Maybe next time. Maybe its time to jump on the Argentina bandwagon. Looks like Demichelis has already scored. Go Argentina.
